Capability statement

Seven service lines, one accountable prime.

CFG is a services-only contractor built to deliver seven service lines under one prime contract: janitorial and custodial, commercial roofing, building envelope and painting, HVAC and plumbing services, water and fire remediation, disaster response, and facility support. Self-performance where we hold direct capacity. Signed trade-partner delivery where we do not. Every line of work under a single point of contract accountability.

Need products, not services? Plumbing/HVAC parts, MRO, janitorial supplies, and fasteners are delivered through our affiliate, Proven Supply Group.

From the founder
We built the capability statement so nothing on it is aspirational. If it is on this page, it is either something CFG already self-performs or something a signed trade partner is already doing for federal customers. That is the bar.
