Record

The past performance behind the prime.

CFG is a Colorado small business — but nothing on our capability statement is aspirational. The past performance below is delivered by the trade partners on our teaming bench, under signed teaming agreements. We are transparent about this by design: a contracting officer can verify every record directly with the principals listed.

For contracting officers

How to read this record.

CFG is a young entity. Our past performance model is deliberate: we prime, our trade partners deliver, and their past performance — signed and referenceable — is what the CO evaluates. This is standard practice under FAR past-performance evaluation and Shipley best practice.

CFG as prime

What CFG owns

Contract administration, compliance (SCA, Davis-Bacon, FAR/DFARS), invoicing, program management, COR relationship, QASP reporting, and closeout. One point of contract, one CPARS, one accountable prime.

Direct CFG past performance

A new entity, honestly priced.

Consolidated Facilities Group is a new prime. We do not pretend to have a decade of federal CPARS in our own name — and we do not need to. Under FAR 15.305(a)(2)(iv), contracting officers may, and do, evaluate prime contractors on the basis of relevant past performance of their teaming partners. We are built for exactly that evaluation.

From the founder
A contracting officer does not need you to pretend you have a CPARS record. They need a clear picture of who is delivering the work, whether that team has done it before, and whether they can verify it. We built CFG's past-performance page for exactly that conversation.
