This policy explains what information we collect on consolidatedfacilitiesgroup.com, how we use it, and how we protect it. Effective April 22, 2026.
"CFG," "we," "our," and "us" refer to Consolidated Facilities Group, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company with its principal place of business at 7270 Gilpin Way, Ste. 150, Denver, CO 80229. UEI HCJHBU568NV1, CAGE 18SX6.
We collect information you voluntarily submit to us through our website forms (including the quote/RFQ intake form and any contact emails), which may include your name, title, email address, telephone number, agency or organization, solicitation number, scope summary, and any attachments you choose to upload.
We also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit the site: browser type, device type, IP address, referring page, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit. This information is used only in aggregate for site performance and security monitoring.
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry, scope a quote, evaluate teaming or subcontracting opportunities, and fulfill contracting activity associated with federal, state, municipal, or commercial procurement. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
We may share submission contents with our signed teaming partners (for example, McIntire Roofing, D & S Steam Cleaning, or Hajoca Corporation) on a need-to-know basis to deliver a response — for instance, when your RFQ falls within a partner's trade of record. Our teaming agreements obligate partners to protect this information to the same standard we do.
Submissions tied to federal, state, or local government procurement may become part of a government contracting record. Where applicable, such records are governed by the Freedom of Information Act (5 U.S.C. § 552), the Colorado Open Records Act, or the procuring jurisdiction's equivalent. We will comply with all lawful records requests and protect proprietary information to the extent permitted by those laws.
We may use first-party cookies for basic session functionality and a privacy-respectful analytics tool to understand aggregate site usage. We do not use advertising cookies or behavioral ad-tech. Your browser can block or clear cookies at any time without affecting our ability to respond to an RFQ.
We retain RFQ and contact submissions for the longer of (a) the period required to respond, deliver, and close out any resulting contract activity, or (b) the period required by applicable law (including the federal records-retention rules that may apply to a responsive bid). Afterward, information is archived or deleted under our internal retention schedule.
We use commercially reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information you submit — including encrypted transport (TLS), access controls, and principal-only access to the contracts desk. No system is perfectly secure, but we design around the sensitivity of federal-procurement information.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have submitted by emailing matt@consolidatedfacilitiesgroup.com. Where applicable law gives you additional rights (for example, under state privacy statutes that may apply to you), we will honor those rights.
Our site links to third-party resources, including SAM.gov and partner websites. This policy does not apply to those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.
Our site is directed to federal, state, municipal, and commercial buyers. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "effective date" above. Material changes will be noted prominently on this page.
